Zenova Longevity (“Zenova”, “we”, “us”) operates zenovalongevity.com, an online store based in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

When you place an order. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, the products you ordered, and the amount you paid.
When you create an account. Your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in a readable form. Your order history is linked to your account.
When you use the site. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us. Whatever you choose to send us through live chat, email or Telegram, including the contents of your messages.
When you sign up for offers. Your email address.
Card payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered into payment fields hosted by Square and are sent directly to Square. Full card numbers never reach Zenova’s servers and are never stored in our database. We receive only what we need to identify the transaction, such as the card brand, the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
Square handles your card data under its own privacy policy and its obligations as a payment processor.
To deliver your order we give the carrier (such as Canada Post) your name, shipping address and, where required, your phone number. When we ship an order we email you the tracking number.
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how the site performs and how our advertising is working. These are loaded through a server-side Google Tag Manager container served from our own subdomain, grow.zenovalongevity.com.
This means we may share with Google and Meta: pages viewed, products viewed and added to cart, purchase values, and identifiers such as a cookie ID. Where an email address is shared with Meta for advertising measurement, it is hashed before it is sent.
The cookies we use fall into two groups:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Google and Meta ad settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop checkout from working.
Our live chat runs on Chatwoot, hosted on our own infrastructure. Chat transcripts are stored there and relayed to our support team, including through Telegram, so we can reply quickly. Replies may be drafted with the help of an AI assistant, and messages may be processed by that AI provider for this purpose. A person reviews and handles anything the assistant cannot resolve.
Please do not send card numbers, passwords or medical information through live chat. If we need payment details, we will only ever take them through the checkout.
If you sign up for our welcome offer, your email address is stored on our own server so we can issue your discount code and occasionally send you offers and product news. We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with a third-party mailing provider.
You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@zenovalongevity.com. Order confirmations, shipping notices and other transactional messages are not marketing and will still be sent while you have an active order.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the store work:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Our website and database are hosted on servers located outside Canada, in Iceland, and our email is delivered through a provider in the United States. Some of the service providers listed above also process data outside Canada. This means your information may be accessible to the courts and law enforcement of those countries under their laws.

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are stored hashed, card data is handled by Square rather than by us, and administrative access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these measures seriously and review them.
Our products are sold for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not for human consumption and nothing on this site is medical advice. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
