Mechanism of Action
Kisspeptin binds to its receptor (KISS1R/GPR54) on GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, triggering pulsatile GnRH release. This drives downstream LH/FSH release from the pituitary, which stimulates the gonads to produce testosterone or estrogen.
