TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) regulates actin, a key protein in cell structure and movement, promoting cell migration to injury sites, reducing inflammation, and stimulating new blood vessel formation. BPC-157 upregulates growth factor receptors (VEGF, FGF, EGF) and promotes angiogenesis, tendon and ligament repair, gut mucosal healing, and neuroprotection. The two peptides work synergistically — TB-500 mobilizes repair cells while BPC-157 accelerates the healing process at the tissue level.
Notes
20 mg vial (10 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500). Reconstituting with 2 mL bac water yields 5 mg/mL of each peptide: 5 units (0.05 mL) = 250 mcg of each, and 10 units (0.1 mL) = 500 mcg of each. Start low for the first 1–2 weeks to assess tolerance, then increase if needed. Cycle 4–8 weeks (up to 12 weeks for chronic issues), then 2–4 weeks off.
