Where do you ship?
We ship Canada-wide from within Canada, so your order arrives without customs delays or additional import complications.
Orders are packaged securely and discreetly. We also ship to Canada Post FlexDelivery addresses and PO boxes.
How long does shipping take, do I get a tracking number?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. All packages are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost and typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and any carrier delays.
Tracking information is provided with every order so you can monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery. Tracking details are typically emailed within one business day of your order confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
