Zenova Longevity supplies peptide compounds for laboratory research purposes only. Our products are not for human use, are not sold as food, drugs, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Information published on our product pages, calculator, cycle and guide pages is provided for reference and education only.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of these products complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — where an item is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where we cannot verify the order details, or where we believe the order is fraudulent or breaches these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order. We correct pricing and description errors when we find them. Payment is taken by credit card through a secure hosted checkout; card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
The free Welcome Kit is limited to one per customer on a first order and is applied automatically at checkout. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined except where the checkout allows it. Reward points are earned once an order reaches completed status. We may change or withdraw any promotion at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Delivery terms, rates and timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
All purchases are final. Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms and explains what happens if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not at all.
You agree not to resell our products as fit for human consumption, not to misrepresent what they are, and not to use this website to break the law, disrupt the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. Our content, product photography, branding and site design remain our property and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
We work hard to keep product information, testing documentation and stock status accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error or omission at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to its stated research-only purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
