Mechanism of Action

The three peptides act through complementary mechanisms: BPC-157 upregulates growth factor receptors (VEGF, FGF) and promotes angiogenesis and tendon/ligament repair. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) promotes actin regulation, cell migration, and reduces inflammatory cytokines for systemic tissue repair. GHK-Cu activates over 4,000 genes related to collagen production, antioxidant defense, DNA repair, and anti-inflammatory pathways. Together they provide synergistic healing and anti-aging effects.

Notes

70 mg vial (50 mg GHK-Cu / 10 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500). Reconstitute with 3 mL bacteriostatic water → ~16.67 mg/mL GHK-Cu. On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 0.167 mg GHK-Cu. Standard dose: 10–12 units daily. GHK-Cu commonly causes temporary stinging, redness, or itching at the injection site — inject slowly and rotate sites. Cycle 4–8 weeks (some go 6–12 weeks for visible skin/collagen changes), then 2–4 weeks off.
