Retatrutide

Retatrutide is a next-generation triple agonist of the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors — currently in Phase III clinical trials by Eli Lilly. It is the most powerful weight-loss peptide developed to date, producing 20–25%+ body weight reduction in Phase II trials (vs ~15% for Tirzepatide). The addition of glucagon receptor agonism increases energy expenditure on top of appetite suppression.

Notes
Available in 10 mg, 15 mg, and 20 mg vial sizes. Always titrate slowly to minimize GI side effects. 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL bac water = 5 mg/mL (4 units = 2 mg, 8 units = 4 mg). 15 mg vial with 3 mL bac water = 5 mg/mL (same unit math). 20 mg vial with 4 mL bac water = 5 mg/mL (same unit math). Pair with adequate protein intake and resistance training to preserve muscle.
Research Status
Phase III clinical trials. Not yet FDA-approved. Strongest weight-loss results in any incretin trial to date.
