Wolverine

Wolverine is a pre-mixed peptide blend of BPC-157 and TB-500, available in a 10 mg vial (5 mg BPC-157 / 5 mg TB-500) and a 20 mg vial (10 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500). Mechanism of Action

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) regulates actin, a key protein in cell structure and movement, promoting cell migration to injury sites, reducing inflammation, and stimulating new blood vessel formation. BPC-157 upregulates growth factor receptors (VEGF, FGF, EGF) and promotes angiogenesis, tendon and ligament repair, gut mucosal healing, and neuroprotection. The two peptides work synergistically — TB-500 mobilizes repair cells while BPC-157 accelerates the healing process at the tissue level.

Notes

Available in 10 mg (5 mg / 5 mg) and 20 mg (10 mg / 10 mg) vials. 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL bac water → 2.5 mg/mL of each: 10 units (0.1 mL) = 250 mcg of each, 20 units (0.2 mL) = 500 mcg of each. 20 mg vial with 2 mL bac water → 5 mg/mL of each: 5 units (0.05 mL) = 250 mcg of each, 10 units (0.1 mL) = 500 mcg of each. Start low for the first 1–2 weeks to assess tolerance, then increase if needed. Cycle 4–8 weeks (up to 12 weeks for chronic issues), then 2–4 weeks off.

Research Status

Individual components extensively researched. TB-500 and BPC-157 are among the most studied healing peptides. Blend-specific clinical data limited.
