Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHRP) and ghrelin receptor agonist. It is widely considered the cleanest GHRP because it stimulates GH release without significantly affecting cortisol, prolactin, or appetite — unlike older GHRPs like GHRP-2 or GHRP-6. Mechanism of Action
Ipamorelin binds the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) in the pituitary, triggering GH release in a natural, pulsatile manner. Unlike other GHRPs, its selectivity prevents activation of pathways that release cortisol, ACTH, or prolactin — making it well-tolerated for long-term use.

5 mg vial — reconstitute with 2 mL bac water → 2.5 mg/mL: 8 units (0.08 mL) = 200 mcg, 12 units (0.12 mL) = 300 mcg. Take on empty stomach (no food/sugar 30 min before/after) for best GH response. Best stacked with CJC-1295 (no DAC) for synergy. Cycle 8–12 weeks with 4 weeks off.
Research Status
Studied in clinical trials for GH deficiency. Discontinued from human pharmaceutical development but widely used in research.
